- Provide leadership that advances the organization’s mission, values, and ethical framework
- Guide strategic planning, organizational development, and priority-setting
- Support a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, and reporting in partnership with the Board
- Lead fund development efforts, including grant funding and relationship-building
- Represent the organization externally with partners, stakeholders, and the broader community
- Ensure effective governance through strong collaboration with the Board of Directors
- An effective communicator with strong relationship-building abilities
- Experienced in leading teams within complex or resource-constrained environments
- Committed to equity, inclusion, and ethical practice
- Comfortable with financial oversight and organizational accountability
- Collaborative in approach and supportive of shared leadership and staff development
- Experienced in community-based or human services work
- A minimum of 5 years of senior leadership or management experience, preferably within a non-profit or community organization
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and financial management
- Understanding of trauma-aware, person-centred, or relational approaches to service delivery
- Experience working with diverse communities and partners
- Salary range of $90,000 – $110,000 , depending on experience.
