We believe that when our team members are happy and engaged, they're better equipped to deliver exceptional patient care.About the role:Tall Tree Physiotherapy & Health Centre is seeking a Clinical Pilates Physiotherapist to take over a part-time caseload and join our growing team at our Commercial Drive location in Vancouver, B.C.Come join a team that is nerdy about best practice, learning, and having fun while doing it. As a Clinical Pilates Physiotherapist, you’ll be part of a collaborative group of physios who are passionate about movement, strength, and rehabilitation through Pilates-based approaches. You’ll also be working alongside one of the most multidisciplinary teams in British Columbia, with opportunities for co-treatment and knowledge-sharing across disciplines.One of our key values is constant ongoing improvement. From Lunch & Learns, Papers & Pints nights, the annual Tall Tree Summit, and small team mentorship, there are always opportunities to grow.You’ll be responsible for providing assessment and treatment services to clients with a wide variety of goals—ranging from injury recovery and musculoskeletal conditions, to persistent pain and performance optimization—integrating Pilates-based programming as a core part of treatment. Caseload will include both orthopedic and Pilates-focused rehabilitation. Services will be provided in-person at the clinic, and virtually via telehealth where appropriate.RequirementsAs an Clinical Pilates Physiotherapist at Tall Tree, you will:
  • Conduct clinical assessments, treatments, and collaborative treatment planning for a variety of patient populations, with a focus on integrating Clinical Pilates into musculoskeletal and rehab care.
  • Provide exceptional care that is evidence-based, psychologically informed, and patient-centered.
  • Collaborate across disciplines with OT, KIN, Psychology, Counselling, and more, when indicated.
  • Contribute to the development of Pilates-based programming and education, including attending team meetings and case consultation groups.
  • Facilitate educational offerings in your area of expertise.
  • Participate actively in Tall Tree’s multi- and interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain clinical records in accordance with established standards and procedures, in a way that facilitates collaborative care.
  • Stay current with the latest evidence, trends, and developments to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
We’re looking for:
  • A Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
  • Certification in Clinical Pilates (e.g., ICP, or equivalent training).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and improvement.
  • Passion for interdisciplinary teamwork, collaboration, and contributing to an exceptional workplace culture.
