- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Be accountable for all operational performance from a risk, construction, safety, quality, operations, preconstruction, client satisfaction, project schedule, resource planning, and project financial performance standpoint.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Review, advise, and helps prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Mentor and support team members to achieve their professional goals.
- Minimum 15 years in construction with at least 10 years of progressively larger and more complex projects and teams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
- Experience across both Multi-residential (high & Mid-rise) and ICI construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A strong understanding of budgeting and resource management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability.
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Estimating and/or Business Development experience is an asset
- Competitive salary ranging from $180000 to $250000 (depending upon experience)
