- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans tailored to the Canadian market.
- Responsible for new business development as well as managing existing clients
- Promote company's pre-cooked product portfolio through customized, value-added proposals.
- Focus on selling the frozen poultry product portfolio - meat, whole chicken, parts, pre-cooked nuggets etc.
- Work closely with customer including - meat processing companies, HORECA/ Foodservice, Retail/ Supermarkets.
- The role reports directly into MD- Canada
- 5+ years of experience in frozen food sales (Poultry sales / Meat sales)
- Deep knowledge of the Canadian food market and distribution networks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self‑driven, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently in a growing market.
- Competitive salary package of CAD 130k to CAD 140k base salary + Bonus + monthly car allowance.
