
Director, Digital Marketing & E-commerce

- Lead a high-performance team of 8 direct reports across Content and Organic social, SEO, Websites development and analytics, Online promotional content, E-commerce and Lifecycle marketing.
- Create leading edge analytics and a culture of experimentation deriving insights and actions that result in improved leads conversion and Revenue.
- Drive Growth through effective customer journeys, continuous A/B testing and relevant in the moment online promotions.
- Launch and manage E-commerce
- Explore the creation of an App as a new product or service
- Be the marketing key contact in the development and launch of new CRM
- Postsecondary education in Business or Marketing and equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a marketing management capacity within a customer driven business.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Digital Design, Lifecycle Marketing and Web Development
- Understanding of digital infrastructure across Website, MarTech applications, and CRM
- Experience managing websites designed for lead generations
- Good balance between creative & analytics skillset. Right brain and left-brain balance
- Commercially oriented, digitally savvy
- Persuasive communication skills (articulate, confident)
- Highly analytical – A strong critical thinker and problem solver. Can translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive a direct business benefit
- Excellent project and priorities management skills
- Passionate, energetic and adaptable
- Experience leading a team, driving collaboration, and influencing without authority
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, agile mindset and approach
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- P&L management – either owned it or has knowledge of
