- Creating reservations and rentals in the system along with the paper to go along with it.
- Researching and locating equipment for the salespeople as needed.
- Assisting with AR (Accounts Receivable) and following up with customer's past due invoices.
- Assisting with creating purchasing orders for vendors and helping to process invoices.
- Maintain and update expiring rental contract return dates as needed.
- Support with Logistic arrangements.
- Must have good analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- Collaborative and with a good teamwork spirit.
- Curious and explorer to try new alternatives and seek for improvements.
