- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of global demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
- Build and manage a campaign roadmap aligned with business objectives and target segments.
- Optimize marketing performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and continuous iteration across the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and business development teams to deliver integrated ABM campaigns.
- Develop and implement lead generation and nurturing strategies that convert prospects into opportunities.
- Manage marketing automation and CRM systems to support campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Guide the growth marketing stack and experimentation infrastructure to enhance tracking and attribution.
- Execute tactics across the full buyer journey, including acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, loyalty, and renewal.
- Stay current on B2B SaaS growth trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Define and document scalable processes and standards for growth marketing initiatives.
- Support additional marketing projects and initiatives as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in a global B2B SaaS environment.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Math, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing, customer segmentation, and buyer behavior.
- Proven ability to manage multi-touch attribution models and collaborate across sales and marketing functions.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large data sets to inform decision-making.
