Total annual earnings are anticipated to range between $60,000 and $110,000, depending on your sales performance.In addition, after six months of continuous employment, you will become eligible for:

A passion for boating and outdoor recreation
Previous sales experience (marine, automotive, or recreational product sales is a bonus!)
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Willingness to work weekends, boat shows, and seasonal events
A team player mindset and readiness to help wherever needed
What will you be doing:
Greet customers with enthusiasm and deliver personalized boat demonstrations that showcase key features and benefits.
Build strong relationships through proactive prospecting, follow-ups, and customer service — both before and after the sale.
Sell a full range of marine products including boats, pontoons, outboard motors, trailers, trolling motors, fish finders, and more.
Use digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Kijiji, Marketplace, and boating forums to engage with potential buyers and generate leads.
Create engaging social media content — think videos, walk-throughs, and blog posts — that help bring our products to life.
Represent the brand at boat shows, community events, and industry expos to connect with enthusiasts and grow our reach.
Maintain clean, organized, and inviting displays that reflect the quality of our products and customer service.
Jump in to support our service and parts teams during the off-season to keep the business running smoothly.
