You'll work on a wide range of projects including HVAC design, mechanical system assessments, new construction consulting, depreciation reports, and more-all while growing in a dynamic and supportive environment.Pay Rate: $100k-$110k/year.Location: Markham, ONJob type: Permanent | Full-timeResponsibilities:Assist in preparing mechanical construction documents and equipment specificationsConduct site evaluations, condition assessments, and life cycle analysis of mechanical systemsProvide technical support in mechanical report writing and cost estimationRepresent the company at client meetings and industry events, upholding high service standardsCollaborate closely with project teams to support coordination and deliveryEnhance your knowledge in building science and share lessons learned with peersPromote a solutions-focused, team-oriented work ethicRequirements:Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institutionMinimum of 5 years of experience in the design and assessment of building mechanical systemsProficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is considered an assetLicensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario (PEO) or eligible for registrationStrong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to engage effectively with clients and teamsDetail-oriented with a strong work ethic and a client-focused approach to problem solvingCapable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and timelines in a fast-paced environmentPossess a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for site visitsDon't miss out on this Mechanical Engineer - Project Manager position in Markham, ON.
