- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies that build brand equity, relevance and positive customer engagement across all customer segments.
- Partner with agency teams and internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective creative and media strategies.
- Plan, coordinate and manage campaigns across paid and owned channels, ensuring delivery on message, on time, and against defined KPIs.
- Support the development of KPIs, track performance across all channels and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve effectiveness.
- Prepare clear, actionable reporting for leadership, including insights and recommendations.
- Steward the Mattamy brand by ensuring consistency of tone, creative quality, and brand standards across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Support the creation and evolution of marketing tools, templates, toolkits and brand playbooks.
- Manage and coordinate the development of content, including renderings, photography, video and presentations, ensuring best-in-class creative.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and external vendors to ensure strong brand understanding and consistent execution.
- Stay current on marketing and media trends, tools, and best practices, championing a test-and-learn mindset to drive ongoing optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+years of progressive experience in CPG brand, product manager or retail marketing with a strong understanding of the process of launching key initiatives from research to consumer marketing
- Strong digital and paid media expertise, with experience planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (search, social, display, video).
- Strategic, data-driven mindset, with the ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and turn insights into clear recommendations and optimizations.
- Creative and content-savvy, with experience leading the development of marketing collateral, digital assets, photography, video, and presentations.
- Brand-focused and detail-oriented, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
- Strong collaborator and communicator, comfortable working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
- Curious and forward-thinking, with a passion for testing, learning, and staying current on emerging media trends and tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and recommend practical solutions.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems, email marketing/automation, DXP platforms (e.g., Sitecore), Google Analytics, SEO, and social media marketing
- Experience in big-ticket consumer purchases
- Experience working in a matrixed or multi-region organization
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping or lifecycle marketing
