- Own the end-to-end new starter experience, ensuring every employee's journey starts strong, from contracts and onboarding documentation to compliance requirement and engaging inductions.
- Manage the off-boarding process to ensure compliance including but not limited to; exit interviews, collecting Company property, etc.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, helping ensure employees have access to and understanding of their benefits programs,
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities, including internal and external job postings/advertisements, interview coordination, reference checks, candidate communication, and student recruitment initiative
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records by supporting the Human Resource Information System and ensuring data integrity for payroll and reporting purposes.
- Assist with the immigration and mobility processes, supporting compliance across relevant jurisdictions for international placements and assignments.
- Collaborate with the global People Group ensuring consistency across the organization with People and Culture documentation.
- Deliver professional HR support by adhering to the Company's People and Culture policies, procedures and best practices.
- Support reporting and insights by collating data, statistics and documentation for business development, management and reporting needs.
- University degree in Human Resources or equivalent from a recognised post-secondary institution.
- 1 - 3 years' experience in an HR administrative role within related industries.
