  • 2+ years of practice as a lawyer
  • CRE focused practice
  • Work with private lenders in providing financing
  • Draft complex commercial contracts
  • Work collaboratively with clients, counsel, banks, accountants, private lenders, and team members towards a common goal
The successful candidate will have:
  • Superb organization skills and strong work ethic
  • Strong legal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects at any given time
