- Assist debtors and creditors, both in person and by telephone, as it relates to bankruptcies and proposals
- Perform initial consultations in order to assess the debtor’s situation and recommend appropriate options, training will be provided
- Review interview forms, prepare files/documents for client signing
- Community outreach, business development and presentations

- Minimum of 2 years of previous insolvency experience or other related experience considered an asset
- Willingness to complete or have completed the BIA Administrator Insolvency Course
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritize with the flexibility to manage multiples tasks and a variable workload as required
- Must be able to liaise well with staff and outside parties
