- Provide parts advice and expertise to all Liebherr customers, Internal and External.
- Process all Parts Orders to all Liebherr customers, Internal and External.
- Process all modification related orders and communicate with the factory.
- Champions processing Online Orders - eCommerce
- Build strong relationships with the Liebherr factories and distribution centers.
- Process all returns as per the Liebherr Canada return policy and procedure.
- Provide support during the branch inventory counts.
- Create purchase orders when necessary.
- Enter invoices into customer portals where applicable, email invoices to customer AP where applicable and correct any errors related to billing and payment issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1 to 3 years as a Journeyman / Parts professional in the Heavy Equipment industry.
- Journeyman Parts Tech. Trade Certificate is mandatory for this role.
