With a substantial Mineral Reserve base, the operation is positioned as a long-term growth platform within the company's Canadian portfolio.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing underground mining team focused on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Supervisor, Mine Operations, the Underground Development Miner - Scissordeck Bolter will:– Install ground support in accordance with company standards
– Install and maintain underground services
– Load development rounds
– Prepare development faces for Jumbo operators
– Meet daily production targets
– Perform pre-operational inspections on equipment
– Operate equipment safely and efficiently
– Maintain strong housekeeping and safety standards
– Perform other duties as assignedEquipment ExposureScissordeck BolterQualifications– 3-5 years underground mining experience
– Accreditation in U/G Common Core modules and specialty modules
– Strong safety focus
– Ability to work independently
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to read mine plans and drawings
