Production-Melting Cell 1

• Sets up the melting area and starts up equipment at the beginning of the shift.
• Validates which product to melt (Cocoa Liquor, Butter, Coconut Butter, or rework) and ensures it goes to the correct tank.
• Monitors the process to maintain continuous production flow and coordinates tank scale reading
• Enters ingredient usage into SAP accurately.
• Maintains housekeeping in the work area and completes required MSS documentation.
• Communicates production information to the incoming Shift Supervisor and team members.
• Works safely at all times, following procedures, wearing PPE, and using proper safety equipment.
• Performs daily equipment quality and safety inspections and completes checklists.
• Learns and assists with shipping/receiving of liquid loads, drums, and totes, as well as mixing when needed.
• Ensures compliance with GMP, HACCP, and all food and employee safety policies and procedures.

• High school diploma
• Experience using SAP and/or computer systems
• Experience in a food manufacturing or industrial environment is an asset
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn multiple roles within the production process
• Reach Forklift experience required
• Ability to move throughout the facility and climb stairs regularly
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent bending, squatting, stretching, and reaching
• Comfortable working for long periods on concrete floors and in varying temperatures or conditions inside the facility
