
Logistics Coordinator

- Overseeing day-to-day logistics activities, including both shipping and receiving.
- Coordinating transportation providers and loads.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment when needed.
- Scheduling and tracking shipments and resolving any issues that arise.
- Overseeing the packing slips scanned by Shipper/Receivers before orders go out to ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents.
- Ensuring timely deliveries.
- Maintaining accurate shipping records.
- Communicating with suppliers, carriers, customers, as well as the Logistics Planner and other internal teams.
- Answering customer inquiries.
- Performing other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes.
- APICS supply chain certification would be an asset.
- Experience using a TMS, ERP system, or other logistics management software.
- Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Good communicator.
