
Dental Administrator

- Meet with patients and determine patient's preferred payment option
- Confer with patients regarding financial contracts
- Post start codes, enter contract info into patient software system and scan financial agreement
- Advice team of daily collections and activations
- Maintain schedule for sending out statements and calling delinquent accounts as well mailing receipts
- Handle telephone inquiries from Insurance companies & patients
- Contact insurance companies where necessary to check on benefits or claims for patients
- Posts charges & payments and adjustments
- Print the day sheet and reconcile cash, cheques and credit cards with deposit slip
- Other duties as required
- Dental Administration experience is a must
- Experience working in assignment office is preferred
- Organized with great attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
