As Production Supervisor, you'll oversee daily production operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You'll coordinate resources, manage production staff, and collaborate with teams across planning, engineering, and supply chain.Key Responsibilities
- Execute and adjust production schedules
- Supervise and develop production team members
- Monitor workflow, inventory, and on-time delivery
- Resolve scheduling and resource issues
- Lead daily production and safety meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet production goals
- 5+ years in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling and workflows
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems
