- Execute daily order picking and packing with 100% accuracy to meet shipping deadlines.
- Oversee and coordinate all daily inbound and outbound shipments within the manufacturing facility.
- Schedule shipments with various couriers and freight carriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Create and manage essential shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading (BOL), packing slips, and waybills.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions within the manufacturing & logistics tracking system.
- Inspect incoming goods for damages or discrepancies and report them to management.
- Collaborate with the production team to prioritize outgoing orders based on client needs.
- Ensure the shipping area remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely to move materials and prepare pallets for transport.
- Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
- Proven experience as a Shipper, Shipping Clerk, or in a similar manufacturing & logistics role.
- Expert knowledge of shipping documentation, specifically creating a Bill of Lading (BOL).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in logistics software and basic Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with couriers and internal departments.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Keen attention to detail to prevent shipping errors and inventory inaccuracies.
- Problem-solving mindset to navigate logistics delays or documentation issues.
