ResponsibilitiesRole OverviewWe’re seeking a bold, data-driven Campaign Manager who thrives on turning strategy into action. In this dynamic role, you will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that grab attention, change perceptions, and deliver measurable business results. - Develop integrated go-to-market campaigns and manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from collaborating on intelligence gathering and strategy formulation to execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
- Orchestrate multi-channel execution, working across digital, email, web, content, and webinars.
- Manage timelines and schedules for deliverables.
- Possess exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to unite and lead cross-functional teams toward a common goal.
- Drive data-driven decisions with expertise in marketing analytics, reporting, and using data to plan, optimize, and prove success.
- Communicate campaign impacts to key stakeholders and senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
- Drive continuous improvement, conducting post-campaign reviews and integrating learnings into future efforts.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, providing accurate forecasts and spend updates.
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, campaign management, or demand generation—experience in tech preferred.
- Proven success in planning and executing integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and editorial skills with a strong command of English—both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to track KPIs, extract insights, and optimize performance.
- Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Eloqua), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Oracle), and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Domo).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and energized by high expectations.
