This role ensures programs and events are delivered efficiently through proactive planning and logistical coordination, while serving as a central point of contact for the team.In this role, you will coordinate logistics, manage administrative processes, and ensure all details are in place.   • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Adult Education, Learning, Event Planning, or a related field, or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience;
  • Experience supporting learning and development, training, or corporate events is considered an asset;
  • Experience working in within a parliamentary hill organization is considered an asset;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proactive approach with sound judgment and attention to detail;
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships;
  • Well-developed administrative skills with an ability to coordinate programs, events, or initiatives with diverse stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for database management, report generation, presentations, and communication;
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in both official languages.
