Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.Responsibilities:Ensure collection of receivables due to Restaurant Brands International are received timely while monitoring and reducing any bad debt impactWorks with Development and Finance teams on open receivable issues, restaurant closures and other topics impacting an allocated group of franchiseesUpdate and maintain restaurants profitability trackersMaintains franchisee relationships and manages ad-hoc requestsSupports the region Vice President, Directors and other support staff for the Division with various reports, analysis and documentation where requiredPerform account reconciliations assessing billing accuracyMaintain internal systems to ensure accurate restaurant statusEssential Duties:Communicate directly with restaurant owners on collection or billings issuesUpdate daily trackers and maintain internal systemsCoordinate between franchisees, Field representatives and Finance departmentsQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) & SAPKnowledge of accounts recievable and/or restaurant operationsSkilled in managing multiple priorities and projects; skilled in interacting effectively under difficult circumstances and tight deadlinesAbility to establish effective working relationships among team members; ability to develop recommendations, evaluate alternative courses of action, select correct course of action, and follow up, supporting decisions or recommendations with accurate information or reasoning1 to 3 years previous experience; specific experience in Franchise Operations, Finance, or Accounts Receivable preferredBenefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
