- Make outbound cold calls to prospective commercial clients using a provided script and lead lists
- Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and aligning them with our products/services
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the Agent & Sales Team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed weekly call and lead generation targets
- Provide feedback on call scripts and lead quality to improve outreach strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demenour
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections confidently
- Self-motivates and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (training provided)
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
