Salary: $53,500 - $55.000What You’ll Do
- Oversee and coordinate branch office workload to ensure services are delivered efficiently.
- Monitor information flow and provide guidance on office procedures and training as required.
- Prepare reconciliations, adjustments, and branch financial reports; support forecasting, variance analysis, and capital expenditure budgets.
- Track fixed assets and manage accounts receivable, including credit applications and follow-up.
- Act as liaison with head office to resolve accounting, procedural, and reporting issues.
- Provide administrative support to branch departments including Human Resources, Service, Parts, and Sales.
- Post-secondary education in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of administrative or financial experience, preferably within the mining, construction, or automotive industry.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in reconciliations, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across departments and with head office.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an asset.
