- Partner with the Sales team to support pipeline growth and new business opportunities.
- Contribute to customer acquisition and retention by highlighting the value of Acoat services.
- Drive year-over-year paint purchase growth for Acoat members through efficiency improvements and expansion initiatives.
- Identify, qualify, and onboard prospective Acoat customers in alignment with program standards.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management.
- Lead and facilitate Regional Performance Group meetings to ensure active participation and goal achievement.
- Prepare and manage meeting agendas, financial data collection, and quarterly Acoat Composite reports.
- Plan and coordinate all meeting logistics and related events.
- Deliver onsite and virtual consulting in business finance, operations, HR, marketing, production management, and leadership development.
- Build strong relationships with multi-store owners, tailoring consulting solutions to individual and network needs.
- Analyze data across multiple locations and recommend integrated improvements.
- Conduct classroom, online, and on-site training based on the Acoat curriculum.
- Support the ongoing development and revision of training programs to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Promote, sell, and implement AkzoNobel's patented production management tool, Carbeat.
- Actively participate in the Mutual Action Plan, ensuring consistent communication with Sales, Distribution, Network Partners, and Collision Centers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, consulting, training, or process improvement.
- Experience in a collision repair facility or vehicle refinishes industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
- Strong knowledge of business finance, accounting, and operational analysis.
- Skilled in technical writing for reports, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, consultative, and listening abilities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Proven experience in sales and negotiation with measurable results.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and detail orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Willingness to travel extensively as required throughout Canada (primarily Western Canada) approximately 50% of time.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to travel to the USA.
