
Manager, Visual Merchandising

- Partner with Regional Merchandising, Product and Operations teams to define and deliver a compelling product presentation vision across the fleet. Use floor layouts, VM renders, the Mock Store, and In-Store execution to bring seasonal storytelling to life for Senior Leadership and cross functional partners.
- Lead and grow the North America Visual Merchandising & Styling team. Foster a culture of creativity, and excellence through coaching, development, and clear direction.
- Uphold and evolve Visual Merchandising standards that empower store teams with tools, strategies, and guidance for consistent execution and brand alignment.
- Work closely with the Director, Visual Merchandising and Styling to align on execution strategies for seasonal priorities and campaign moments.
- Partner with the Global Visual Merchandising and Styling team to ensure regional insights inform Global strategies.
- Deliver weekly and monthly product presentation directives and mannequin styling guidance based on key item focuses, inventory levels, and trend insights. Communicate timely adjustments due to shipping delays, sell-through, or strategic shifts.
- Partner closely with the North America In-Store Marketing team to bring brand campaigns to life across the fleet, ensuring a cohesive and inspiring product journey and guest experience.
- An expert in Visual Merchandising bringing new strategies and techniques and continuously pushing how product is presented within the NA fleet.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandising or visual communications, preferred.
- 5-10 years' experience in visual merchandising, merchandising, or a buying role
- 2-5 years' experience leading people
- Strong ability to communicate written and verbal across multiple functions at all levels
- Creative thinker that recognizes and recommends innovative solutions
- Experience working in retail, apparel experience preferred

The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,500 - 141,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
