SAP BASIS Technical Lead

We are looking for a Senior Developer with experience with SAP BASIS related experience.
As a Senior Developer, you will be:

Lead and mentor a team of SAP BASIS Systems Analyst, providing technical direction, performance feedback, and professional development support.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.).
Coordinate and manage system upgrades, patches, kernel updates, and system copies.
Ensure optimal system performance, availability, and security across all SAP landscapes.
Manage SAP transport processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP projects, migrations, and enhancements.
Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the BASIS team.
Provide escalation support and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations as needed.

Skillset:

Minimum 7 years SAP BASIS experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
Operational Support experience
Utility Industry experience (ISU)
S4 HANA experience (on premise)
