Responsibilities:
Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight of all finance functions.
Manage and report on government and ministry funding, ensuring compliance with grant agreements, reporting deadlines, and audit requirements.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning processes.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead the preparation for audits and liaise with auditors as required.
Supervise and support the finance team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Maintain financial policies, systems, and controls to ensure transparency and accountability.
Collaborate with program and operations teams to ensure effective financial management across departments.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in the healthcare or NPO sector, with specific knowledge of Ministry funding requirements.
