We are seeking an experienced E&I Maintenance Supervisor to lead our electrical and instrumentation maintenance team in a fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production operations through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.At Cascades you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise as the E&I Maintenance Supervisor with our Mississauga Packaging team!RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and instrumentation technicians.
Schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical and instrumentation systems.
Support technicians in troubleshooting and resolution of issues with PLCs, drives, sensors, and control systems to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies.
Maintain accurate records in SAP (CMMS) for work orders, parts, and maintenance history.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs.
Collaborate with Engineering and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades.
Plan, recommend and coordinate corrective actions and process improvements.
Support teams in problem solving.

Strong commitment to safe work behaviors and safety compliance.
Proven experience as a technical leader with the ability to solve problems, make decisions and lead a team in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution and instrumentation.
Ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs.
Knowledge of Lean continuous improvement principles is an asset.
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Collaborative spirit that inspires and engages teams to achieve excellence.
Agility is necessary to work with various technology tools.

REQUIREMENTS

309A Construction & Maintenance Certificate of Qualification
5+ years industrial electrical maintenance and installation experience.
Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong computer proficiency, including advanced knowledge of MS365.
Experience with CMMS is required. SAP Highly desirable.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.
