- Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and instrumentation technicians.
- Schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Support technicians in troubleshooting and resolution of issues with PLCs, drives, sensors, and control systems to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP (CMMS) for work orders, parts, and maintenance history.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with Engineering and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades.
- Plan, recommend and coordinate corrective actions and process improvements.
- Support teams in problem solving.
- Strong commitment to safe work behaviors and safety compliance.
- Proven experience as a technical leader with the ability to solve problems, make decisions and lead a team in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution and instrumentation.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs.
- Knowledge of Lean continuous improvement principles is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

- Agility is necessary to work with various technology tools.
- 309A Construction & Maintenance Certificate of Qualification
- 5+ years industrial electrical maintenance and installation experience.
- Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong computer proficiency, including advanced knowledge of MS365.
- Experience with CMMS is required. SAP Highly desirable.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.
