Senior Electrical Engineer

- Design, develop, and maintain effective maintenance programs for electrical systems and equipment for the cement plant.
- Work jointly with the local plant electricians and electrotechnicians to conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Lead and manage electrical projects, including upgrades and new installations.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, plant personnel and corporate groups to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
- Provide assistance to the Electrical Maintenance Manager to prepare and manage budgets for electrical projects and maintenance activities.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and implement best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the cement or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of medium voltage electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation.
- Proven experience in project management and leading maintenance teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software and tools. Knowledge of SAP PM preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to electrical engineering.
