
Operations Associate - Real Estate Partnerships

- Conduct outbound prospecting via a multi-channel approach, including emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls
- Attend trade shows, in-person events, and meetings
- Run full sales cycles for smaller opportunities, while supporting senior leadership in progressing larger deals.
- Assist in onboarding new partners and gathering feedback to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Work directly with customers after go-live to ensure they get the most out of Roomvo
- Collaborate with product and marketing to ensure alignment between partner needs and our go-to-market approach.
- Build and maintain internal documentation, processes, and resources to streamline operations.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle rejection and keep going—you're resilient and persistent.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and figure things out.
- Passion for real estate, technology, and creating win-win partnerships.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a strong plus.
