Commercial Property Manager

• Work as part of a team within an established organization
• Onsite parking and close to public transportation

• Manage a portfolio of commercial buildings
• Oversee and provide daily direction to the Facility Managers, Building Engineers and Operators
• Partake in walkthroughs and inspections of tenanted spaces
• Perform showings for existing and prospective tenants
• Work regularly with senior management and brokers to ensure all listings and marketing materials and programs are up-to-date
• Ensure all contracts are up-to-date, including semi-annual and annual tenders for all properties to ensure that they are competitive
• Ensure all properties are managed to the company's standard and in accordance with the building's budget
• Work on CapEx projects with senior management and property management group
• Work with tenants to ensure that all lease and property management issues are resolved in a timely and amicable fashion
• Oversee and manage, including take for tender, TI and construction related projects as required
• Trips to all the buildings to inspect and meet with the Engineers as well as the tenants.
• Ensure monthly reporting is completed on time
• Ensure the rental payments are deposited right away upon receipt

• Previous commercial property management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
