On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager: Salesforce CRM Transformation to join our Client's team on a full-time permanent basis. This role is Hybrid and the Client is based in Vancouver, BC.Summary of the Role
This role will lead a large-scale Salesforce transformation initiative within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. The Project Manager will oversee delivery from discovery through implementation, driving strategic execution and ensuring alignment across technical and business teams. Following initial delivery, this role will support broader enterprise CRM initiatives.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Salesforce transformation program
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including IT and decentralized business units
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reporting, and performance metrics
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies proactively
  • Collaborate with technical leads to manage platform dependencies and integrations
  • Drive alignment between strategic objectives and execution across the organization
  • Support roadmap planning and execution for future enterprise CRM initiatives
Core Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience leading enterprise-level IT projects
  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementations (e.g., Education Cloud or Service Cloud)
  • Demonstrated ownership as the lead Project Manager on complex initiatives
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-year transformation programs
  • Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, and reporting
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in Public Sector or Higher Education environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and platform capabilities
  • Experience working in decentralized or multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Exposure to enterprise CRM strategy and roadmap delivery
  • Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical teams
Terms
This is a full-time permanent position based in Vancouver, BC, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role requires onsite presence 2 days per week, plus 1 additional day every other week, with Wednesday as a mandatory onsite day. Non-salary compensation includes pension and tuition reimbursement.
