- Inspecting facilities for safety hazards; repairing and maintaining as necessary
- Perform general building and preventative maintenance with particular focus on interior finishing, including drywall repair and painting
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and make minor purchases as required
- Assisting with other general maintenance duties as needed
- Completing all work orders, as assigned
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism while providing exceptional guest service at all points of contact
- Communicate effectively with management at all levels
- Performing other duties as assigned or directed
- High School Diploma
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field, with demonstrated proficiency in drywall repair and painting
- Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in building repair and finishing
- Ability to use common hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of general carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced, busy environment
- A willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional development
- Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Gaming Registration within applicable province (New Brunswick).
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Fast paced with multiple priorities, deadlines and deliverables, non-traditional work hours including evening, weekend or holiday shifts.
- Standing for long periods of time, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stretching, bending, interruptions, major exposure to heat, cold, noise, odors, minor exposure to fumes, chemicals, dirt, dust.
