- Acting as point of contact for all email and phone enquiries from the public, workers, employers, elected officials and the media (communications toolkit provided)
- Managing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to increase engagement
- Maintaining and updating the Living Wage BC website, including content development and Google Analytics monitoring
- Supporting meeting administration including scheduling, document preparation, and minute-taking
- Assisting with Living Wage Employer certification and recertification, including application management and employer communications
- Supporting fundraising activities, including writing applications and invoicing employers
- Ensuring communications are inclusive and aligned with Vancity’s Truth and Reconciliation, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion commitments
- A diploma or degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in communications, administration, or community engagement roles
- Experience working in community-based programs or non-profit sector is an asset
- Experience managing social media platforms and website content
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and content performance tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to inclusive language
- Experience supporting meetings and managing administrative tasks
- Knowledge of fundraising processes and donor communications is an asset
