- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Volkswagen vehicles
- Perform maintenance and repairs on gasoline and diesel engines
- Service braking, suspension, steering, and drivetrain systems
- Troubleshoot engine performance, fuel systems, electrical systems, and emissions components
- Use Volkswagen diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service software
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and scheduled service work
- Complete repairs according to Volkswagen manufacturer specifications
- Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records
- Ensure all work meets dealership quality and safety standards
- Experience as an Automotive Technician / Automotive Service Technician
- Experience working with Volkswagen or other European vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using electronic diagnostic tools and scan equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Own professional tools
- Volkswagen dealership experience
- Automotive Service Technician certification or equivalent experience
- Experience servicing European vehicles (VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz)
