- Perform basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, appliances, minor fixes)
- Assist with unit setup, lot organization, and shop support
- Complete work orders and maintain a clean workspace
- Enjoy hands-on work and fixing things
- Have basic mechanical or repair experience (home projects, automotive, etc.)
- Want to learn a trade or grow into a technician role
- Are reliable and take pride in your work
- Basic mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Indoor and outdoor work
- Physically active role (lifting, bending, moving units)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
