At Mazergroup, it’s more than a job, it’s a place where your contributions are valued, and your success is celebrated, and you can grow your career!WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US?The Jr IT Support Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, providing front-line IT Support for teammates at all 18 Mazergroup locations across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The IT Support Specialist will ensure users receive high quality technical support including remote and on-site troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks.
  • High school diploma (Grade 12) required
  • Relevant experience combined with post-secondary diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field would be an asset
  • Experience in customer service or IT support role
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft MTA/MCSA considered an asset
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Awareness of company Health and Safety guidelines and actively support and promote safety initiatives
