This role is contributing to the ELSB/ELSP Technical Sales Support teamRequirements:Provide timely engineering guidance to Project Managers and Operations to ensure deliverables meet customer and project standards.Deliver expert technical advice and troubleshooting support for customer inquiries and application needs including the Rail segment.Participate in technical meetings, sales calls, and product presentations to aid business development and customer success.Liaise between sales and factory teams to ensure accurate communication and resolution of technical issues to ensure seamless project execution.Assess complex customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions and configurations, with consideration for Rail‑specific standards and constraints.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or technical certifications relevant to the electrical industry.Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.Strong ability to read and interpret single-line diagramsKnowledge of AutoCAD, EPLAN, Salesforce, SAP, & CRM Platforms and product configurators (an asset).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms.Demonstrate a high level of initiative, and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously with collaborative, solution-focused and detail-oriented approach.Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken. French is required.
