- Engagement Planning
- Collaborate with the client engagement team before commencement of client work to discuss roles and responsibilities, risk areas, materiality, and deadlines.
- Monitor project timelines against targets, adjust where necessary, and advise clients of project status and seek clarification on discrepancies where applicable.
- Fulfill project management and coordination role, tracking project budgets, deliverables and scope.
- Conducting Business Analysis
- Assist in the delivery of Digital Advisory services from both a business perspective.
- Assist in the development of digital strategies and implementation roadmap, and
- Perform business analysis including:
- Gathering information by participating in the preparation and facilitation of interviews and focus groups,
- Preparing correspondence, technical reports, and surveys,
- Conducting detailed research, interpretation, and analysis of the data gathered,
- Analyze financial data and perform cost-benefit analysis, and
- Supporting the design, development, formatting, and proofreading of the resultant reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Consulting Services Design
- Assist the team in designing service plans tailored to clients' needs as advertised or offered by potential clients by:
- Using previous proposals as a foundation for responses,
- Reviewing our proposal content and formatting to align with client requests, ensuring we meet or exceed their expectations and needs
- Ensuring proposals are submitted promptly and efficiently.

- Facilitate and run effective meetings
- Requirement elicitation from stakeholders via workshops
- Business process modelling of the current and desired future state
- Requirement analysis, defining all types of requirements to define the business need
- Requirements management and prioritization
- Organize and coordinate stakeholder engagement
- Engage business stakeholders and write formal documentation such as business cases, requirements definition specifications, project glossaries, non-functional requirements specifications and communication plans
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Commerce, Public Administration, Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis or project management in an enterprise environment
- Expert-level knowledge in the Business Analysis, Project Management or Systems Analysis subject area – CBAP, PMP or equivalent, is a bonus
- Be familiar with standard BA techniques as defined in the BABOK
- Be familiar with standard PM techniques as defined in the PMBOK
- Working understanding of enterprise system infrastructure
- Working understanding of enterprise analysis processes and documentation requirements for improving an organization’s processes and/or procedures
- Microsoft Office tools including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Using business process modelling and diagramming techniques such as BPMN
- Experience with Framework Driven Analysis an advantage
- Ability to demonstrate structured thinking and problem decomposition
