
Senior Product Manager, US Remote

- Investigate new technologies and propose solutions in exciting new areas such as: Image processing via large scale manipulation and artificial intelligence. BIM and 3D laser scan data processing and display. Processing and display laser scanner data and 360 images.
- Lead internal teams to design and develop Construction Analysis software and associated software products from concept through to company-wide adoption.
- Guide UX teams to create highly usable software designs.
- Product Positioning. Define the target audience, product functionalities, and unique selling propositions to guide product positioning.
- Work with Software Developers to build industry-leading product and service offerings.
- Facilitate conversations related to the product's development and act as a communication hub between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct customer interviews and perform thorough industry analyses to determine product requirements, obtain feedback, and find opportunities to increase market penetration.
- Create and manage product roadmap, drive delivery schedules, manage product budgets, and determine development priority.
- Review internal procedures and operations to identify problem areas and revenue driving opportunities for all reality capture solutions.
- Work with internal sales and marketing teams to receive feedback and communicate product direction.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to achieve business objectives.
- Evangelize and train implementation and support teams on new experiences.
- Monitor, measure, and course correct as dictated by user adoption, by establishing and maintaining profitability metrics and KPIs.
- Attend industry trade shows and events and join industry associations to remain current on technology trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Architecture, Civil Engineering or other construction related field.
- 3+ yrs. of demonstrated expertise running a software team and developing a product for the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) Industry.
- Experience in the construction industry, preferably as a VDC manager.
- Expert knowledge of BIM workflows and collaboration technology toolsets (eg. Siemens, Autodesk, Dassault, etc).
- A valid passport and the ability to travel (1-2 trips per quarter) to meet with our partners in the field.
- Excellent time management, problem solving, and analytical abilities.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
