- Consistently deliver warm, authentic and knowledgeable service that reflects our Guest Obsessed culture
- Maintain strong working knowledge of our POS system, products, promotions, policies and activity offerings
- Stay informed on daily operational updates including weather, trail conditions, lift status, events and activity details
- Confidently guide guests to ensure they are fully prepared for a safe and successful day on the mountain
- Actively monitor lift access points and scan passes with attention and awareness to prevent misuse and fraudulent activity
- Support guest flow and maintain a welcoming and organized environment
- Experience in the ski/summer resort industry or a guest relations type atmosphere is an asset
- Ability to communicate
