Trouw Nutrition specializes in animal nutrition and is committed to advancing livestock health and productivity through cutting-edge solutions.Trouw Nutrition' division is hiring!JOB SUMMARY:Shur-Gain/Trouw Nutrition Atlantic is seeking for a Millwright – Industrial Mechanic for our maintenance team at our Moncton Mill. The Millwright will do preventive maintenance task as well as repairs to insure the mills’ continuous production.MAIN DUTIES:· Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of industrial equipment· Work independently or as part of a team to troubleshoot and repair equipment· Apply other modern safety programs while working on mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems· Work in a manner consistent with plant safety, housekeeping standards, and quality checksEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
  • Professional degree in Industrial Mechanics (Red Seal) or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance in a mill environment or equivalent
  • Experience in augers and bucket elevators
  • 4th Class Stationary Engineer ticket would be a definite asset
REQUIRED SKILLS:· Be able to work under pressure while maintaining the highest safety standards· Good communication skills (listening, oral, and written)· Be able to work outside and in cold temperature and dusty condition· Be able to work in heights (no fear of heights)· Be able to work different shifts if necessary· Rotate on call duties with other maintenance staff· Be available to occasionally work on the weekend#SPTNOur organisation:Trouw Nutrition is the global leader in innovative feed specialties, premixes and nutritional services for the animal nutrition industry.
