- Coordinate the defining of General Areas of Competency (GACs).
- Create and revise Competency Standards and Learning Program Plans.
- Engage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop effective learning programs.
- Evaluate current training programs to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Support the delivery of training and update legacy learning materials.
- Related university degree and a minimum of six years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent user of content creation tools and Microsoft Office Programs.
