Job Title: Training Coordinator IVLocation: Edmonton, AB (Hybrid)Our client is seeking a Training Coordinator IV to join their team. As a Training Coordinator IV, you will be part of the Operations Training Team supporting the development of a knowledgeable and skilled workforce. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.Job Description:
  • Coordinate the defining of General Areas of Competency (GACs).
  • Create and revise Competency Standards and Learning Program Plans.
  • Engage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop effective learning programs.
  • Evaluate current training programs to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
  • Support the delivery of training and update legacy learning materials.
Qualifications:
  • Related university degree and a minimum of six years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent user of content creation tools and Microsoft Office Programs.
