What & Why:As a result of investment in technology, our client is looking to add a Project Manager to their call centre technology team working on a transformation program. This role partners with stakeholders and vendors to implement solutions such as workforce management and CCaaS (call centre as a service) platforms, ensuring projects meet business objectives while staying on time and on budget. You will be responsible for leading the full RFP process and have strong experience working with third party vendors and SIs. Acting as both a strategist and facilitator, the Senior PM drives cross-functional alignment and successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment. this Senior Project Manager at lululemon leads complex projects from planning through delivery, overseeing budgets, milestones, risks, and communications.Who:This client is one of the most recognizable Canadian brands, a true Vancouver success story who has expanded globally. They have invested majorly in technology and have had an incredibly successful past few years, including a major strategic acquisition. They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a on site work environment, 4 days a week in office.You:You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with strong foundations in planning, budgeting, resource management, and status reporting.
  • Proven experience leading WFM and CCaaS implementations (Verint and Amazon CCaaS strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success managing third-party vendors and RFP processes.
  • Advanced experience with agile & waterfall methodologies, Project Management Professional (PMP) nice to have.
