Senior Project Manager (Secret-Cleared) - Security ProjectLocation: Ottawa, ON (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Duration: Contract
Hours: 37.5 hours/week + potential overtime
Pay Rate: 100/hrOverviewWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale security-focused initiative within a Federal Government environment. This role requires a seasoned project leader with strong experience delivering complex enterprise projects and engaging with senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across large-scale enterprise initiatives
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
  • Engage with executive-level stakeholders and external partners
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Oversee project governance, reporting, and status updates
  • Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with federal standards
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager on enterprise-scale projects
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Canadian Citizenship (required)
  • Strong customer-facing experience, including executive presentations and external stakeholder management
Nice to Have
  • Previous Federal Government experience (e.g., SANA)
  • Experience delivering infrastructure-related projects
Compensation
  • 140/hr
  • 37.5 hours/week + overtime eligibility
