
Digital Marketing Coordinator

- Produce a variety of digital marketing tactics for multiple service lines and client groups. Digital marketing tactics include:
- Website updates and maintenance
- Email broadcasts to clients and non-clients
- Setting up marketing automation campaigns
- Website posts and announcements
- Creating campaign landing pages
- Creating UTMs for inbound web traffic
- Creating and reporting on campaigns
- Setting up webinars and live events through our CRM
- Collaborate with marketing managers to develop strategic digital marketing tactics
- Work with other digital team members to implement campaign initiatives
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure an exceptional user experience
- Provide production support for analytics, website, and email
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- 1 - 3 years experience producing a variety of digital marketing tactics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently to support the variety of service lines and client groups at MNP
- Ability to successfully set and accomplish priorities, while following an established process and structure
- A keen eye for detail and unwavering attention to quality
- Ability to see the whole user journey and communicate that vision
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to focus on the goal and optimize the user experience to attain that goal
- Content management system (CMS) experience
- Experience with email automation platforms like Mailchimp or Acton
- The following would be considered an asset:
- Experience with Sitecore
- Experience creating marketing automation campaigns
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Data Studio
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Javascript experience
- The ability to write and speak in French
