This position requires the ability to build customer centric relationships while communicating TTI's commitment to excellence. You must possess a Team First attitude, interacting with your peers positively to bring the best out of them and yourself. Your passion for knowledge, both product and business will help you meet your required objectives.This role will be based onsite at our 3PL partner and will drive transportation operations in the Canada DC while managing carriers and compliance. The ability to prioritize and get "the job done" while managing the impact versus activity equation is vital.It is expected that you will be an outstanding communicator, both internally and externally; you will consistently bring suggestions and solutions to the table, rather than problems. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI is required.What You Will DoScheduling carriersFollow up on any carrier operations issues/timingFiling claims for damaged or lost productSupport Freight Invoicing approvalsMaintain local relationships with terminals and dispatchDC accountability – right truck on the right laneService Hub support for TransportationSpecial executions, rail requirement, large marketing events etc.Work with the business on volume fluctuationsHave a continuous improvement mindset for cost savings, while still providing best in class service to our customersWhat You Will Bring3 - 5 years of Transportation experience requiredPost-secondary education Bachelor’s degree in transportation, operations, logistics or supply chain preferredRead, write and speak fluent EnglishMust possess effective business communication and presentation skillsWhat You Will Benefit From
