- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant application records within APM and TDAR systems
- Ensure high data quality, proper taxonomy alignment, and adherence to enterprise standards
- Perform continuous review, validation, and remediation of application data entries
- Govern change requests including:
- New application entries
- Updates to existing records
- Decommissioning requests
- Ensure all ticket documentation is completed and aligned with CMDB and CSDM structures
- Act as a liaison between:
- Application Owners
- Technology Owners
- ServiceNow platform teams
- ETAM Governance teams
- Provide guidance on:
- APM standards
- Data entry requirements
- Compliance expectations
- Generate dashboards and reports for:
- Data quality monitoring
- Exception tracking
- KPI and KRI reporting
- Support compliance with:
- Technology Asset Management (TAM) standards
- OSFI B-13 regulatory requirements
- Internal governance policies
- Validate and maintain application portfolio data in APM/TDAR
- Ensure alignment with CMDB and CSDM data models
- Monitor and improve data quality metrics
- Track and report data exceptions and inconsistencies
- Collaborate across teams to enforce governance standards
- Support audit and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data governance processes
- Experience with APM and TDAR systems
- Knowledge of CMDB and CSDM frameworks
- Familiarity with Technology Asset Management (TAM)
- Understanding of OSFI B-13 or similar regulatory standards
- Experience working in enterprise or banking environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
